2009 Points Series Rules:
Divisions: Juniors - 14 and under (9 and Under, and 10 to 14)
Open - 15 to 39(15 to 19 …. 35 to 39)
Masters - 40 and over (40 to 44 … 70 and over)
Awards: Highest points male and female in all three divisions, and top five in all age groups.
You can only win one award.
Tie Breakers: If tied, participant scoring in the most races wins. If still tied, we will give out more awards!!!!
Eligibility: You must run at least three events to qualify for a series award.
Remember the last age group you score in for the year is the age group you will be eligible for an award in.

2009 Points Series
Scoring System
1) We will count all finishes, as long as you score in that event, according to the scoring for that particular race, which leads to #2.
2) All events will have a scoring system based on distance and size of the event.
3) All events in the Junior Division will have one scoring system.
All Junior Division events will be scored as follows:
1st Place 7 pts.
2nd Place 6 pts.
Etc. down to 1 pt. for 7th place.
Open/Masters events will be scored as follows:
All 6mi/10k’s and the larger sized 5k’s will use our traditional system.
1st Place 10 pts.
2nd Place 9pts.
Etc. down to 1 pt. for 10th place.
